DEVECTUS provides professional services and software delivery work under agreed scopes, milestones or subscriptions. Refund eligibility depends on the accepted proposal, statement of work, subscription terms or service agreement for the relevant engagement.

For fixed-scope projects such as Website Sprint, payments generally cover discovery, design, development and delivery time already allocated. If you have a billing concern, contact DEVECTUS promptly so we can review the matter fairly.
