7. Access & correction
Under the DEVECTUS privacy policy, you may request access to— or the correction of— any personal information we hold about you. Simply email privacy@devectus.com.au with enough detail for us to verify your identity. In line with the DEVECTUS privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond in full within 30 days, unless a lawful extension applies.
8. Retention & deletion
In line with the DEVECTUS privacy policy, we keep information only for as long as necessary. Unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing:

Project artefacts are stored for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months.

Call recordings and transcripts (for Donova or similar DEVECTUS services) are retained for 90 days.

Financial records are retained for seven (7) years to meet regulatory obligations.
When a retention period ends, we follow the DEVECTUS privacy policy procedures to permanently destroy or irreversibly de-identify the data using industry-accepted methods.

Where you have opted in, we may send you information about product upgrades, events or related services. You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the communication or contacting us at the email above.

Our websites and SaaS platforms use first‑ and third‑party cookies and similar technologies to recognise your browser, improve site performance and compile analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser; however, blocking all cookies may impair site functionality.

Under the DEVECTUS privacy policy, all machine-generated outputs—such as speech-to-text transcripts, code suggestions and other AI content—are provided “as is” and may contain errors. These outputs are for general information only and must not be regarded as definitive records or professional advice. DEVECTUS disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on such material.
12. Changes to this policy
We may amend the DEVECTUS privacy policy to reflect updates in law, technology or our operational practices. Any revised version of the DEVECTUS privacy policy will be published on our website and becomes effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after the update, you acknowledge and accept the amended policy.
