Our Refund Policy
DEVECTUS provides digital services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. As our products are delivered electronically and often involve customised implementation, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been provisioned, delivered, or accessed.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

Technical Issues: If a technical failure on our end prevents access to a service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Duplicate Transactions: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service.

Consumer Law Compliance: If you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law due to a major failure, misrepresentation, or a service that is not as described or promised.
Trial Period
Many of our services come with a free trial period. We encourage new customers to take advantage of this trial to assess whether the service fits their needs before committing to a paid plan.
